• Full support for XML, which is a very big deal. Now the barriers really are down for using FileMaker with corporate databases. Even for home users, FileMaker uses XML-based templates to perform some very slick tricks.
• Direct import of digital camera images (Mac only). FileMaker doesn't just grab the images; it also grabs their meta data (EXIF).
• Context menu sorting lets you skip the Sort dialog box in many cases with a simple right-click (Windows) or control-click (Mac).
