Server-side scripts not working, so…

Write me at books (AT) waywest (DOT) net and please put BOOKS in the subject line. Several people alerted me that mail to that address was bouncing back undelivered. But as of 6/25/2008, that's been fixed.

I will fix the scripts when I catch break in updating several books.
